What people are saying:
"This the ultimate lavender haven, many varieties of lavender plants, plenty of lavender products, honey and teas."
"The best lavender ice cream ever! And on top of all of that, a beautiful scenic landscape with trails that lead to a waterfall".
"Truly exquisite..Heaven on earth. Close to it...Spend your time resting and listening to the birds.
Healing for your soul."
"Fantastic staff, gorgeous views, lavender is the best around, far better than anything from the chain stores.
Perfect location for a picnic and wander the beautiful gardens."
"The view, the lavender, the ice cream, bug spray, roll-ons, shampoo and conditioner, tea, donkeys, peacocks, sheep, the absolute best part are the people!
Wonderful and welcoming! You can enjoy the hike to the waterfall
or just sit and enjoy the view.
It is a must see for yourself, words could never do it justice."

About the event
Tis the Season. With the start of Advent on Sunday, December 1st, it's time to create your own Advent Wreath to adorn your table or sideboard using herbs picked fresh on our farm or from The Herbery next door, or bring some from your own garden to add to your creation
As referenced in Don Haynie's book "The Season of Advent" the herbs and "Flowers of the Fields" suggested for an Advent Wreath are Bedstraw, Horehound, Lavender, Pennyroyal, Pomegranate, Rosemary, Rue, Sage, Thyme, Boxwood and Juniper. Don goes on to suggest that there is "no set list, so use whatever is available from your garden and enjoy all the fragrance and symbolism they have to offer!"
We will provide all materials, including the herbs and candles to be lit on the four Sundays of Advent. The White Candle representing the Christ Child which is lit Christmas Eve or Christmas Morning…
