About the event
The Christmas Kissing Ball is a sphere traditionally made with evergreens, berries and herbs.
We love any sentiment or tradition that brings people together, especially around the holidays.
The Kissing Ball dates back to Victorian times and would be hung in doorways where each guest would be welcomed with a friendly kiss.
It was said that those who lingered to share a kiss underneath were bound to settle down in marriage — but even if they didn’t, a sweet romantic moment was a sure bet!
We will encourage you to create your own version using evergreens, herbs, berries and cones from Tantivy Farm, finished off by choosing a ribbon from our selection. As well as a sprig of mistletoe that is being carefully harvested by an old friend of ours from Tennessee.
Space is limited so early sign up is suggested. If you need to cancel, refunds will be in…
